1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage coarsely. Saute the beef and the onion in the butter. Heat through but don't brown. Add salt and pepper, if desired.
In casserole, layer 2/3 of the cabbage. Cover that with the ground beef. Add the rest of the cabbage. Pour the soup over the top and spread. Cover and bake at 350º F for 1 hour.
