Cole Slaw:
1 large head of cabbage
1 pack of ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
1 c. shredded red cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. peanuts
1/2 c. green onions

Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. rice vinegar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 packet chicken flavoring from ramen noodles
1/2 c. onion minced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cole Slaw: Shred red and green cabbage. Crush ramen noodles. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss. Mix well.

Dressing: Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Stir, bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour into a blender, mix until liquidfied. Cool to room temperature. Pour over cole slaw, toss until thoroughly coating. Refrigerate 1//2 an hour before serving.
