1 Whole Chicken (Approx. 2-3 lbs)
1 Can Tomato Sauce 2-3 oz
1 Soup Spoon Full Tomato Paste
4 Cloves Garlic
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 tsp. All Spice (Wrap in a piece of Cheese Cloth- YOU ONLY WANT THE FLAVOR IN THE SAUCE-NOT THE ACTUALLY SPICE)
1 lb. Pasta (1-2 Boxes)
Grated Parmesean Chicken (1 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the chicken into portions (Legs, Thighs, Breast)
Put some Olive Oil in a skillet and Brown the Chicken.
In a Cooking pot, add the following: 1 cup Water, Tomato Sauce, Tomato Paste, Garlic, Cinnamon Stick, All Spice (Wrapped in the Cheese Cloth) and Salt and Pepper.
Add Chicken
Cook until done
Cook Pasta and Drain
Put Pasta in a bowl and add 1 cup of the sauce into the pasta, and sprinkle grated cheese and mix together well.
Serve the chicken with extra sauce and cheese.
