1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 egg
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and egg. Add butter (you can substitute some sour cream for some butter as long as fats equal 1/4 cup) and sugar. Mash bananas and add. Add flour, salt, soda, and mix. Do not over-mix! Should be a little lumpy. Add nuts if desired. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes to 1 hour (until toothpick comes out clean).
