Two Cans of Cr o' mushroom soup
One small jar of Pimento
or Diced Red Pepper
Pork Chops 1" thickness or so, 2 - 4

Directions:
Directions:
Just put Cr o' Mushroom Soup in Crockpot
Mix in Pimento or peppers
place pork chops into mix, cover as best you can
Turn on low for the day, I usually cook for 9 or 10 hrs,
Pork just pulls apart, so yummy, serve over rice.
