5 c flour, divided
2 pkgs dry yeast
1 T sugar
2 tsps salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 c warm milk (120-130 deg F)
1/2 c warm water (120-130 deg F)

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine 2 c flour, yeast, sugar, salt and b soda. Add warm milk and water; beat on low speed for 30 seconds scraping bowl occasionally,beat on high for 3 minutes. Stir in remaning flour(batter will be stiff). Do not knead. Grease two 8 1/2 by 4 1/2in. x 2 1/2 in. loaf pans.Sprinkle pans with cornmeal. Spoon the batter into the pans and sprinkle cornmeal on top.Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 45mins. Bake at 375º for 30 mins. or until golden brown. Remove from pans immediately; cool on wire racks.
