1/2 cup margarine
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup milk
2 large or 3 small bananas mashed
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk, bananas and nuts. Beat well after each addition. Bake in greased 6 1/2 x 10 1/2" pan at 350º for 50 minutes or until brown and an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
