Strawberry Pizza Recipe

2 tbsp sugar
1 c flour
1/2 c butter, melted
Cream cheese topping:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
1 c sugar
1 (3oz) box strawberry gelatin
2 tbsp cornstarch

Crust: Mix together butter, flour and sugar and pat into a deep dish pie plate. Prick the crust with a fork. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool.
Cream cheese topping; Cream together cream cheese and sugar. Stir in non dairy whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust.
Glaze; Stir these ingredients together in a saucepan. Boil hard for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Cool partially (enough not to melt softened cream cheese). then pour onto cream cheese layer. Add 1 quart hulled sliced strawberries. Cover and refrigerate to set up. You can change the gelatin flavor and substitute other fruits.
