1 c. water
2 T. butter
1 c. flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. sugar (use only half)
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place water in saucepan; add butter, salt and sugar. Bring to boil and carefully stir in flour and stir 2 to 3 minutes. Add already beaten eggs and stir. Remove from heat. Force through funnel or cookie press (in form of circles) into hot olive oil or vegetable oil, brown, roll in sugar, eat while warm or soon after. (These will not keep overnight.)
