2 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1-1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped parsley

In a bowl sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl combine oil, milk, green onions and parsley. Add to dry ingredients; mix just until well - blended.
Spoon batter into tins, ( paper lined ) filling 3/4 full
Bake 20-25 minutes at 425
