1 c. cream cheese (softened)
3 sticks unsalted butter (softened)
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. cake flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbs. confectioner's sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Flour bundt pan. Cream the cream
cheese, butter, and sugar in a bowl. Add in eggs and vanilla.
Beat well. Sift flour and salt together 2 times and then add to the
mixture slowly for 3 or 4 mins. Pour batter into bundt pan.

Cook at 325º for 1 hr and 30 mins. (until golden brown)

When serving, sift confectioner's sugar over top.
