4 chicken breasts
3 c. cornflake cereal
1/2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 dashes tabasco
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow dish mix buttermilk and tabasco. Add chicken
breasts and refrigerate for up to 30 mins.

Meanwhile, put cornflakes in a zip lock bag and use a rolling
pin to crush. Add flour, salt, and pepper to crushed corn
flakes.

Coat chicken breasts in the cornflakes mixture and place into
greased baking sheet or dish.

Melt butter and sprinkle butter over the top of the chicken
breasts.

Bake at 375º for 45 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
