1 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 medium tomatoes(peeled and chopped)
3 cups cabbage, thinly shredded
1 cup, celery thinly sliced
1 medium onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oil in large skillet or wok. Stir in all vegetables, sprinkle with sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and crisp. Stir once or twice while cooking.
