Ingredients:  
1 1 lb. box velveeta cheese
1 4 oz. can green chilies
8 oz. carton soft cream cheese
1/2 cup minced green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Have velveeta cheese at room temperature. Roll out cheese
with rolling pin between two pieces of wax paper to about 1/4 inch
thick (oblong shape.) Mix onions and chilles with cream cheese
and spread on flattened velveeta . Using wax paper to help roll
up cheese like jelly roll. Don't squash down . Chill until firm. Cut
into 2 small portions and serve with crackers.
