8 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
1/ 2 package croutons
2 c. meat of choice (cooked ham, sausage, bacon)
2 c. cheese
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
*Optional* green peppers, onion, or mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, milk, mustard, and worchestershire sauce. Pour this mixture over layered croutons, cheese and meat in a 9X13 pan.

Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Let stand 5-10 minutes.
