1 can Mild whole chilies
4 oz. Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 Eggs, slightly beaten
c. Milk
1 tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
Dash of garlic salt
4 oz. Shredded Cheddar

1. Line greased baking dish with split chilies
2. Layer of Monterey Jack cheese
3. Combine eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, and garlic in separate bowl
4. Pour ingredients over chilies and cheese
5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
