Ingredients:  
1 c. (2 stick) margarine or butter, softened
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
½ c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Almond extract
1½ c. Bob’s Red Mill Rye Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
3 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
1 bag of dark chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Beat together margarine and sugars until creamy
3. Add eggs and Almond extract; beat well
4. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well
5. Stir in oats and dark chocolate chips; mix well
6. Drop by round tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet
7. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown
