1 c. sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1 tsp. Ground ginger
1 tsp. Ground nutmeg
tsp. Ground cloves
4 large eggs
1 can (29 oz.) 100% pure pumpkin
2 c. (12 fl. oz. each) evaporated milk
2 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shells

1. Mix sugar, salt cinnamon, ginger nutmeg and cloves in a small bowl.
2. Beat eggs in large bowl.
3. Stir in pumpkin and sugar mixture.
4. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
5. Pour into pie shells.
6. Bake in preheated oven at 450 F. For 15 minutes.
7. Reduce temperature to 350 F.; bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
8. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.
9. Serve immediately or refrigerated.
