4 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashion)
1½ c. chopped peanuts, walnuts, or pecans
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
¾ c. butter or margarine, melted
½ c. honey or corn syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients
2. Mix well
3. Press firmly into a well greased 15 ½ X 10 ½ inch jelly roll pan
4. Bake into preheated very hot even (450 degrees) 10- 12 minutes or until golden brown (mixture will be golden brown and bubbly) cool thoroughly
5. Cut into bars.
