2 lb. lean ground beef
1 (6 oz.) package Chicken Stove Top Stuffing Mix
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce or ketchup, divided

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.

Shape meat mixture into oval loaf in 13 x 9 inch baking dish; top with remaining 1/4 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.

Personal Notes:
For easy cleanup, place all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce in gallon-size plastic bag. Remove excess air from bag; seal and squeeze until ingredients are evenly mixed. Shape mixture into loaf in bag, then move loaf from bag to baking dish. Brush with remaining 1/4 cup sauce and bake as directed.
