1 1/3 c. Bisquick
1 (15 oz.) can canelli beans, drained, rinsed and mashed
1/3 c. Italian dressing
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
4 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Mix Bisquick, beans, and dressing. Spread in bottom and 2 inches up the side of a 9x3 inch springform pan. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set. Layer with chicken, spinach, and cheese. Mix eggs and milk; pour over cheese. Bake 50-55 minutes until bolden brown and knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes. Loosen edge from side of pan and remove side of pan.
