1 white cake-( I use Jiffy) only 1/2 of reg. mix
2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg frozen strawberries with syrup
1 (3 oz.) pkg prepared vanilla pudding
1 cup chilled whipping cream
1/4 cup of sugar
Fresh strawberries

Directions:
Bake cake in oblong pan as directed;cool. Cut cake in small pieces. Arrange 1/2 of the pieces on bottom 0f clear serving bowl.Pour 1/2 0f strawberries (with syrup) over cake; spread with 1/2 of pudding. Repeat with remaining cake pieces,strawberries & pudding. Cover; chill a few hours.
Beat cream & sugar in chilled bowl until stiff;spread over trifle. Garnish with fresh strawberries
