1 Tbsp.butter
1 medium. chopped.onion
1 (4.5 oz..) can green chilies-drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese soft and cubed
3 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast
8 (8in) flour tortillas
2 (8oz.) pkgs.montery jack shredded cheese
2 cups whipping cream

Melt butter in lg.skillet over med. heat. add onion & saute approx. 5 min. Add green chiles,saute 1 min. Stir in cream cheese & chicken-cook & stir constantly until melted. Spoon mixture (2 to 3 T) down center of each tortilla. Fold,& place seam side down in a lightly greased 13x9 in. bake. dish.
Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese & pour cream over all. Bake 350 approx. 50 min. until lightly brown and sauce has thickened.
