At least 1lb Stew Beef
3-4 cans Veg-All (include liquid in can)
2 cans water
1 - 15oz can tomato sauce
1- small can tomato paste
Salt/pepper to taste
2- tsp butter/margarine
parsley, onion, celery flakes to taste

Brown meat
In a large pot add all ingredients including meat and bring to a boil stirring to make sure tomato paste mixes. Reduce heat and simmer 3-4 hours or until meat is tender. No need to cover.

When I was the only child left at home, Mom would sift through the veg-all and take out all the butter beans because she knew I didn't like them. I still do it to this day and think of her every time and how much she must have loved me to do that.
