In a small bowl mix together the pimento cheese and jalapenos
Lay out your tortilla

Spread a thin layer of pimento cheese mixture over the cream cheese
Sprinkle a THIN layer of Chicken over the pimento cheese
Roll up as tight as possible and set on a plate

Repeat this until all of your tortilla's are rolled up.
Refridgerate overnight
Right before you are ready to serve them, slice them into about 1/2 inch pieces.
Then Serve....Refridgerating them overnight just helps the tortilla stick together better when you slice them up!

SO GOOD!
