1/4 flour
salt
pepper
11/2 beef broth
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
clove garlic
5 carrots
4 potatoes
2 onions
3 celery stalk

Directions:
put your crock pot on low put meat in stone,mix flour salt & pepper and pour over meat. stir to coat meat with flour,add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10 hours or High for 6 hours ..... sir really good before serving
