3 lbs. Lean Hamburger
3 Large Onions
4 stalks Celery
1 medium Bell Pepper
3 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Garlic
1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
3 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Crushed red pepper
1 tsp. Sugar
4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
5 cans Pinto Beans (drained)
3 cans Red Kidney Beans (drained)
2 (16oz) cans Crushed Tomatoes
1(15oz) can Tomatoe Sauce
1 (12oz) can Tomato Paste
3 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger meat along with the onions, celery and bell pepper. Drain grease from hamburger ixture. Add the remaining ingredients, stir well and heat on stovetop for a couple of hours. Stir often as thiswill stick to the bottom of the pot. This make a LARGE quantity of chili (enough to freeze) for future use. I cook this in a medium size stockpot.

This is GREAT to make ahead and take camping or eat on a COLD night! Steve and the girls used to LOVE to eat it with a sub from Pats sub shop or just make homemade subs.
