1/4 c. Butter
1 1/2 lbs. Hamburger (Make into patties)
1 c. uncooked Rice
1 packet Onion Soup Mix
1 can Mushroom Soup
1 can water
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and our in a casserole dish. Spread rice in bottom of dish and sprinkle with onion soup, pour mushroom soup on top and add water. Place hamburger patties on top. Cover with in foil and cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350º
