6 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1 Cup DUKES Mayo
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Stalks Chopped Celery

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the Chicken until done and set aside to cool
In a large bowl combine:
Mayo, Salt and Pepper, and Celery

When the chicken cools-break into SMALL bite size pieces and mix with the other ingredients.

Serve on Bread or on top of lettuce...
Also-my dads favorite way to eat it is on lightly toasted bread with a little mayo on each slice and lettuce...D-LISH!

I can remember coming home from school and my mom would have us Chicken Salad sandwiches with chips and pickles waiting in the fridge for us! YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
