5 lb hamburger
1 box cream cheese
1 big can green enchilada sauce
12 count bag of flour tortillas
2 small cans green chilies
5 lb bag of fiesta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º. Brown hamburger; when it gets done add the box of cream cheese, green chilies, and sauce. Mix it all together. Spray the bottom of casserole dish or pour a little oil in the bottom so it doesn't stick. Then put a layer of tortillas followed by a layer of meat and a layer of cheese. Repeat until all is gone then bake in oven until cheese is melted.
