1 c. sugar
6 Tbls. All purpose Flour
2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Grated)
2 (20oz.) Cans Pinapple Chunks (Drained)
Keep remaining juice
1 c. Ritz Cracker Crumbs
1 stick melted butter plus extra for greasing pan

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º
Grease a medium size casserole dish with butter.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar and flour.
Gradually stir in cheese.
Add drained pineapple chunks and stir until ingredients are well combined.
Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.
In a seperate medium bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, melted butter and pineapple juice, stir until well blended.
Spread crumb mixture on top of pineapple mixture and bake for 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown
