2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stick margarine (room temperature)
1 1/2 cups flour (All-Purpose)
1 tsp. baking powder (Not Baking Soda)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
Pinch Red Pepper (optional) (In case you want them spicy)

Directions:

Blend ingredients and kneed with hands until manageable. Press through cookie press or shape into straws or wafers by hand. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. (For cheese straws with a little kick, add a touch of red pepper).
