1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
10 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 T. mayonnaise
1 t. cayenne pepper
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sour cream in large, microwave safe bowl. Microwave until cheese is melted, stirring occassionally. Transfer dip to crock pot or fondue pot. Top with dollop of sour cream. Serve warm with tortillia chips.
