2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. key lime juice
2 T water
1-2 drops green food coloring
1 tsp. grated lime peal
1 c. cool whip
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In large mixing bowl beat eggs and yolk with wire whisk until combined. Gradually add milk to egg mixture. Add lime juice, weater, food coloring and lime peel. Whisk until well mixed. POur into crust. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20 min. Cool on wire rack for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
