1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
2 c. bread flour
1 1/4 tsp. yeast
1 or 2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. coarse salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. grated Parmesan

Put first five ingredients in bread pan in order suggested by your bread machine instructions. Set for white bread, dough stage. Press start.

Preheat oven to 400º F. Lightly sprinkle cornmeal on a baking sheet.

Remove dough and punch down. Let dough rest about 5 minutes. On lightly floured surface, roll dough into a round, about 1/2" thick. Place dough baking sheet. Sprinkle the garlic, rosemary, and coarse salt over the top, then lightly press it into the dough. With your fingertips, poke shallow indentations all over the top of the round. Pour remaining olive oil over the top, letting it pool in the indentations. Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.

Bake bread until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
