3 40oz cans Yams
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 Stick Butter
3 T. Brown sugar
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. Ground nutmeg
3 T. Maraschino cherry juice
1 1/2 c. Mini marshmallows or Praline Topping

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Drain yams and mix all ingredients together except marshmellows. Spoon into 8-inch baking dish. Cook for 25-30 min. Remove and top with marshmallows return to oven for 5 min to melt the marshmallows.

1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
