1 lemon
1 Whole roasting chicken (to fit in slow cooker)
1/2 c. Honey
1/2 fresh orange or lemon juice

Directions:
Rinse and dry chicken. Pierce the lemon with a fork and place in chicken cavity. Place chicken in crock pot. Combine honey and juice and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
