1 1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 T. water
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
54 Andes mints (2 pkgs.)

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 350.
Cook brown sugar, butter, and water over low heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Cool 10 minutes. Add eggs, beating well. Add flour, soda, salt, until well mixed. Chill dough 1 hour. Roll into balls; bake on foil lined cookie sheet for 10 minutes. Don't overbake!! Top immediately with a mint and spread over cookie.
