2 lb. Bob Evans Frozen Hash Browns, thawed
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 Sticks of melted butter
2-3 C. crushed frosted flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Set aside 1/2 cup of melted butter. Combine all ingredients except 1 stick of butter and frosted flakes. Mix crushed frosted flakes with 1 stick butter. Spoon frosted flake mixture onto the top of the hashbrown mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour.

Instead of frosted flakes you can use crushed Ritz crackers.
