1 c. Pina Colada Non-Alcoholic drink mix, from the bottle
1/4 c. water
2 T. crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 T. sweetened flaked coconut
3 1/2 T. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 T. cold water

Directions:
Mix together Pina Colada mix, water crushed pineapple, coconut and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Heat on medium low temperature until sauce begins to simmer, stirring frequently. Let mixture simmer slowly 10-12 min. Mix cornstarch and water together, add to sauce, blend well. Let simmer 3-5 min longer while stirring. Remove from heat and bring to room temperature. Sauce is served at room temperature or chilled.
