Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1/4 cup of All purpose flour
equal amount of oil
1 onion chopped
1 celery chopped
1/2 bell pepper chopped
garlic (however much you desire)
1 can of Golden Mushroom Soup
3 -4 cans of water
2 links of Turkey sausage
3-4 chicken boneless chicken breasts cubed
1 bay leaf

Directions:
Directions:
Make a light roux. Add chicken and brown. Add sausage, onions, bell peppers, garlic and celery and saute. Then add can of of Golden Mushrrom soup and water bring to a boil then cover and simmer for an 1 hour or so. Serve over rice. Delicious.
