Marinade:
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar or cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic

Vegetables:
6 c. water
1/2 lb. green beans, cut into 2" pieces
1 1/2 c. diagonally sliced 1/2" carrots
2 c. broccoli florets
1 c. sliced 1" celery
1 c. small pitted olives

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl stir together all marinade ingredients, set aside. In saucepan, bring water to a full boil. Add beans, cook 2 minutes. Add carrots, continue cooking 3 minutes. Add broccoli and celery, continue cooking 2 minutes. Drain all vegetables, place in ice water to chill. Place vegetables and olives in large bowl, stir in marinade. Cover, refrigerate, stirring occasionally, for 4 hours or overnight. Serve with slotted spoon.
