1/2 lb pork sausage --1c.butter-- salt & pepper
1c.chopped onion -- 2 bags of stuffing mix
1 c. yellow corn meal
2 c. chicken or turkey broth
4 tbs. mustard
2 eggs
3 c. chopped celery
Directions:
Directions:
melt 1c. butter in large skillet.add sausage,celery,onion
cook until sausage browns and veggies are tender.
combine with stuffing mix,cornmeal, broth, eggs and mustard.
Bake @ 400degrees until brown.
