2 C boneless chicken breasts
2 C diced celery
1 C sliced water chestnuts
1 Jar diced pimentos
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp onions (finely chopped)
1 C mayonnaise

2 C crushed potato chips
1 C cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients. Place in casserole. Sprinkle over top: 2 cups crushed potato chips and 1 cup cheddar cheese grated. Bake at 375º about 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and hot.

I usually use more chicken breasts and onions and chop the sliced water chestnuts
