French Bread
1 lb. Deli roast beef
1 package mushrooms
2 onions
1 tbsp. oil
margarine
1/2 lb. sliced mozzarella
au jus sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Slice French bread lengthwise and lay out on a cookie sheet. Spread with margarine. Slice onions and place in a large skillet. Add oil and mushrooms. Saute. Add roast beef and stir until hot. Remove from heat and spoon onto French bread. Layer with mozzarella. Bake at 350º F until cheese melts. Put back together sandwich style. Slice and serve with au jus sauce.
