1 pkg. Rhodes frozen bread (2 loaves)
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 lb. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 lb. Italian sausage
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Allow bread to thaw and rise according to the package directions. Brown, drain and crumble the sausage. Cook, drain and pat dry spinach. Combine sausage, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic and oregano in bowl and mix together.

Roll out each loaf into a 9x13" rectangle. Put 1/2 of the mixture in center of each loaf lengthwise. Fold in ends and then sides pinch to seal. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush each loaf with egg. Bake 350º for 25 to 30 minutes.
