1 lb. ground turkey
3 cans diced green chiles
1 can diced tomatoes
1 medium diced onion
1 can diced jalapeņos (optional)
garlic powder
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. water
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, saute onion in a little oil. Add turkey and a sprinkle of garlic powder. Once the meat is browned, do not drain. Add flour and mix. It should become thick. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese and flour tortillas. May also be served with scrambled eggs and tortillas as a breakfast burrito.
