16 to 20 c of popped popcorn
2 c sugar
water
Food Coloring

Directions:

Put ½ c. sugar in pot or large bowl add about 1 or 2 tbsp of water and a few drops of food coloring. Mix well. Add about 4 to 6 c. of the popcorn and stir until all is coated. Pour out onto wax paper to dry. Repeat using a different color of food coloring.

This is a favorite memory of mine from Grandma Mann (Josephine Nicholas Mann), she made it often for us. I have made this many times but never measured anything. So I am guessing at the measurements.
They should be close though.
