Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 bunch red leaf lettuce
1 pkg. craisins
1 pkg. slivered almonds (make sure to get slivers, not slices)
1 wedge of asiago cheese
4 slices of butter
olive oil
balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Grate asiago cheese using the small holes on the grater. Put almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Place pieces of butter on top of the almonds and lightly brown the almonds (I usually broil them in a toaster for 2-3 minutes - watch them carefully). Let the almonds cool. Place lettuce in a salad bowl. Top with crasins and cooled almonds. Sprinkle asiago cheese on top. Dress with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Personal Notes:
We call this "Lynnie Salad" in our family because the recipe came from my Aunt Lynn. It's always a hit at a party.
