36 slices cocktail rye bread
Thousand Island salad dressing
1 (4 0z.) pkg. sliced cooked corned beef
1 cup sauerkraut, drained and snipped
6 slices processed Swiss cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Spread each slice of bread with a little of the dressing. Top with a thin slice of beef; cover with about 1 t. sauerkraut.
Cut each slice of cheese into 6 pieces and place on top of bread.
Place on baking sheet and bake in a 400º oven for 6-8 minutes or until cheese melts and appetizers are heated through.
